David helped us negotiate

David had the dubious task of finding me a house in a weekend! I had taken my job at Gila River Telecommunications and was to start in 30 days. We flew in on a Thursday and started looking on Friday. David had worked with us via the net to find us houses that fit our criteria. He showed us house Friday, Saturday and Sunday! Come Sunday, we decided on a house; David helped us negotiate a great deal on our house. But he did not stop there! He helped get us qualified inspectors for the general construction, sprinkler, pest/termite, etc. allowing us to hit our target deadline. We were closed in 30 days, and I started work 4 days later.
